Our pricing is based on the size of the home, ensuring you receive the time, attention, and thorough evaluation needed to deliver “Rock Solid Peace of Mind”:
$425 — Homes up to 1,500 sq ft
+$25 — For every additional 500 sq ft

All homes are inspected using the InterNACHI Standards of Practice.
At Preston Home Inspections, every inspection includes our Visual Documentation Protection Guarantee (VDPG)—built directly into your final report. This means you’ll receive clear photographic evidence of any defects or deficiencies identified during a thorough inspection of all components covered by InterNACHI Standards of Practice.
Your report will typically include 75–150 detailed photos, depending on the findings, documenting exactly what was inspected and what was discovered. This level of detail is why most of our inspections take 3 to 3.5 hours because delivering true thoroughness is how we provide Rock Solid Peace of Mind before you make one of the biggest investments of your life.
